My friends brought these daffodils to dinner and I had to paint them, especially with the weird light from the night window. This painting is 18" x 24" unframed.

- I have always loved art since I was a child. I decided for practical reasons to become a psychotherapist and I had a private practice for 18 years although I always loved looking at art. I finally let myself return to art and took lessons in watercolor at the Glassell School of Art in Houston, Texas with Arthur Turner. I am interested in clocks, the older the better. I think they are beautiful markers of time and the chipped and aged parts are the most appealing. I plan to make some small clock paintings, hopefully one a day, to post and sell.
